The Cat's Pilgrimage

Once a cat gathered all the mice
And said it goes on pilgrim mission
From now it would be kind and nice
And it would change all its nutrition.

Their forgiveness was all it needed,
because it sinned against them all.
And humbly its friendly speech proceeded
They should forget all bad recall.

However mice were still afraid
To get in nearness to its claws.
MIce didn't trust to all it said
Cause they remembered all its flaws

Sometimes a sinner is too kind
And knocks that humbly on your door
But always keep in your mind
Perhaps he aims to sin just more.
